The Town of Capitol Heights is excited to announce the official chartering of a new Toastmasters Club! On Sunday, December 13, folks are invited to join The Town of Capitol Heights Toastmaster Club Virtual Chartering Ceremony by way of Zoom. This event will take place at 5:15 PM and will feature several speakers.
The theme of this chartering ceremony includes the following: "A Unique Experience: Empowering Voices For Good and Raising Leaders in the Community."
